1. What forms of payment can I use?

We use a shopping cart system that processes your order through Paypal. Meaning we can accept all forms of payment that Paypal accepts (Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, American Express, eCheck).

Don't have a Paypal account? It's only take a few minutes to setup and can be used for many different websites.

DFXC also accepts check, money order, or certified check through orders placed by mail. More details in question #2.

2. Can I order a shirt if I don't have a paypal account or credit card?

You can send an email to detroitfx@detroitfx.com with the styles and sizes. I will send you an email confirming that we have the items in stock. Then you can send check, money order, certified check to address below (all check payments will be held 10 days for clearing).

3. What size is right for me?

Each item page has a link to a sizing chart with details regarding the specific garmet type. This information has been provided from the garmnt manufacturers website.

4. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns, less the shiping cost. You must pay to ship back the returned item and will be liable for the shipping charges of the new item, even if a free shipping voucher is used for the original purchase. Items must returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Item must not be washed, worn, or appear used in any way, this will be determined by DetroitFX Clothing once item has been returned.

When you decide you need a return, please contact DetroitFX Clothing via the contact information provide on the website to advise us of the return so that we may hold the product you are seeking to exchange. We can also refund your money to your Paypal account (DFXC is not responsible for transfer fees), or issue you a check.

We recommend when returning an item, to provide a note explaining why the item is being returned and what action (exchange for new item, refund, etc.) you are seeking if you have not already explained the issue via email.

5. What type of shipping do you use?

We usually use USPS Priority Mail. This service ships items anywhere in the United States usually within 3-4 days. For larger order we may use FedEX or UPS ground.

6. How long does it take for DFXC to ship my order?

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If there is any kind of hold up to delay the order, you will be contacted by DFXC.

7. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is charged at $3.50 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.

8. What are Vouchers and how do I get one.

Vouchers are codes that have been provided by DFXC during promotional periods for discounts off clothing or shipping. There is no specific way to get a voucher, it all depends on the promotion, you will know when you have been sent one.

9. I entered a voucher code but the shopping cart is not reflecting my discount, what's wrong?

You must enter the voucher code once your shopping cart is complete and ready for checkout. You mustclick the recalculate button after you have entered the voucher code for the shopping cart to reflect your discount. You may then proceed to click the checkout button. If you are having any issue with this, please contact us BEFORE completing your order. We deeply apoligize, but shipping charges will not be refunded once your order has been processed.
